1. Organisational Development: Consolidate by expanding board to include two new business leaders; complete upgrade of COVID website; automated web-based delivery to six networks; expand staff to include editor, fundraiser.
2. Publications: The Spirit of Christ and the Postmodern City journalesed for popular consumption; deliver one chapter per month to city leaders; do same with the Urban Leadership Guide. Redo Kiwinomic materials into framework and initial chapters of book on Theology of Urban Poverty at slumd-wellers level.
3. Nation-Building in New Zealand: on hold.
4. MATUL: Coordinate the Encarnação Alliance Training Commission, and expand MA and training processes in six institutions, upgrade existing partnerships by leading the Commission.
5. City Leaders Networks: Coordinate the Encarnação Alliance towards 50,000 from the slums to the slums, with monthly communiqués and leadership team expansion towards global conference. Respond to requests for envisioning, prophetic leadership of missions.
Grassroots Training Among Urban Poor: Complete training development of five grassroots courses.
7. Devt Projects: Sustain COVID response to 7 cities. Recruit project coordinator.
